ChIPs (Choon way's Interlocking Panels)
With only four different types of panels you can build any kind of polycube you wish. Including tables. The panels connect to each other using bumps and indents on the contact faces on the finger joints.
In the builds I have posted, panels 1, 2, 3 and 4 are blue, white, yellow and orange respectively.
(update 21st June 2022)
renamed voxel shapes to polycube.
(updated 7th May 2022)
Important!!!
The .3mf and compiled .gcode files are for unattended mass printing (36x) on an UNMODIFIED PRUSA MINI/MINI+ ONLY! The printing path has been planned in such a way that the PINDA sensor will not hit the completed instances.
The slow printing times (3-4hrs) is due to the extremely low first layer speeds. Some filaments have problems when transitioning over from one completed instance to another. The provided speeds are very conservative. You will need to experiment a little if you want to print faster.
Please see the .3mf files for deta
