Coat Sharp (CS) base

An amateur's attempt at making a base for the performance tip CS, with assistance from Moon_Knight18's work. Needs testing to see if the center tip is good enough to work the same as official CS's. I can't print atm, so feedback would be nice.

Also no file for rubber, as that's way out of my league, and I'm hoping for someone else to either make one themselves or to create replica's of the rubber part that's compatible with this model .
