CoinCatcher - Practical Coin Storage

The CoinCatcher is the perfect print for people who don't like to carry coins around. To build this product you will need four(4) round magnets sized 10x8mm and Superglue (to glue the magnets) I keep it in the entrance area of my apartment and throw in it any coins I might have in my pockets. The magnetic swiveling lid is perfect for quickly opening and grabbing a couple of coins for tipping delivery people.   The lid shape and swiveling mechanism are heavily inspired by a product called the Revov Coin Storage, with some improvements like the lid slope angle being more 3d printing friendly and the magnetic connection happening on both sides enabling the lid to swivel in any direction. The distances and thicknesses were tweaked so that the coins could flow well without sticking to the magnets. The magnets need to be glued and should fit without effort. That's it! - Happy Printing!
