Cosmetic Clamp

For our senior project, my team and I designed and built a make-up bottle holder/opener for people with hemiplegia. This device, when assembled with 5mm x 25mm stainless steel dowels (or 3d- printed rods) allows a user to easily open cosmetic containers with one hand. See attached user manual for operating and maintenance instructions.

Print settings: 0.20mm standard layer height. 30% solid infill. Tree supports with 30% threshold angle. Originally printed on BambuLab A1 3d Printer with standard PLA.

Required for Assembly: Hair tie, PlastiDip rubber coating (appied to arm tips and contact plate), silicone grip pad, 5mm x 25mm stainless steel dowels
