Cura Octolapse Snap Script

###Cura script to add Octolapse snap command at a suitable location
Run with default settings for a quick way to speed up Octolapse and to avoid some of the blobbing that occurs when using Layer Change trigger in Octolapse.
Default values places "snap" command after z is moved to new layer height (First G0 move in the new layer).
Install
--------
- Place script in C:\Users\your_username\AppData\Roaming\cura\3.x\scripts (Check location in Cura Help -> Show Configuration Folder --> scripts)
- Restart Cura to load new script.
- Enable script by opening Extensions -> Post Processing -> Modify G-code
- In the window that opens, click Add a script and select "Insert text after block (Octolapse snap)".
The script will automatically run when a model is sliced. Note that the script stays active in Cura until closed (using the X in the script list).
