Customizable Hinge v2

A complete rewrite of my customizable hinge! The new version is immensely more printable and quite possibly over parameterized. No longer do you need to break it free, as long as the hinge gap parameter is set to something your printer can handle it should hinge easily right off of the bed!

Major changes from the old version include using angled interfaces between the hinge points instead of a solid pin to provide improved printability and much more flexibility for the screw holes.

Update 2016-12-12 - The hinge can no longer overlap the leafs when it's small, or the leafs are too thick. Also modified the balanced screwhole spacing to place closer to the edges.
