Cypher Disk

A disk that will match two sets of languages or icons, so it can be used to cypher messages.
Just place the inner piece on top of the outer piece and secure them with a rope or other thing that is passed through the middle hole. The pieces will rotate one on top of the other.

I'll also attach a solid piece that doesn't rotate at all.
