DBA measuring tools

Measuring tools for DBA 3.0. Designed with a 0.2 mm layer height in mind. The 6 BW only just fits on my 180 mm x 180 mm print bed, if I put it diagonally and reduce skirt to 1mm.

update #1:
Changed font to bold on the TZ marker. Allowed adding a version with raised numbers. Adjust resolution so your slicer doesn't remove the numbers.
