DEC FlipChip Storage solution

This is the basis for a storage solution for the Vintage Computer Printed Circuit Boards from Digital Equipment Corporation. It will work with the Flip Chip PCB's from the mid 1960's through at least the Qbus and Unibus boards of the 1980's. It might also work on the later boards for the VAX but I have not tried those myself.
