Delineation tool

This custom-designed delineation tool is engineered to improve the accuracy and comfort of tracing a patient’s leg for the fabrication of a conventional Ankle-Foot Orthosis (AFO). It features a spinning upright mechanism, allowing the tool to glide smoothly along the limb without pulling or irritating the skin. This results in cleaner, more precise outlines and a more comfortable experience for the patient.To operate, the tool requires a ballpoint pen ink cartridge and two 22 mm ball bearings, which enable the upright to spin freely and maintain consistent contact with the leg’s surface.
