Delta Loop Base

WIP of a delta loop base. designed to be used with harbor freight fiberglass wire runners as 2 of the legs, with the final wire running between the poles (much like the chameleon TDL). Expect changes to be made, however feel free to provide feedback, and come up with creative mounting solutions!
