Simple desktop clamp with a separated bolt, no other accessories required!
Works great!
Scale as you need, or import the clamp.stl and move the edge vertices around if you need it for extreme desk heights or a greater length.

I just removed the side screw, and thickened it a bit around the screw and the side)
Recommend at least 50% infill for integrity.
