DeWalt DCD777 Drill guide

Drill guide for a DeWalt DCD777. The ring is tapered from 52.5mm to 55.5 mm.
The guide rails are 16mm stainless steel pipe.
I printed in PLA at 200°C 0.2mm layers
1.6 mm (4 walls)
top/bottom 4 layers 0.8mm
30% infill

The 16mm on the baseplate is 16.00 mm so you will need a hairdryer or heat gun to g t is to fit. The part on the drill is 16.1 mm so it does slide over the pipe.

The version 2 Unit works well to get a hole straight down especially when you add a small strip of double sided sticky tape on the inner ring.


Both STL files with the V2 have modifications. The Ring around the drill now fills the indents in the ring. The foundation plate has 4 little markers making it easier to align with markings on the piece to drill.
