This was inspired by “Depth gauge to radius caliper adapter” by ChipCE who used a depth gauge instead of a caliper. I redesigned fo ra digital caliper. I modeled this for a toolshop digital caliper with base dimensions of 3x16mm. I printed with supports, with a 0.6 nozzle. It might print better with a 0.4, I don't want to spend the time to switch it over. It does go in pretty tight. To Use Refer to the reference imageCalibration - Set the tool on a flat surface with your caliper installed. Turn it on and measure to the surface. This will be your box height “A”, and should be pretty close to 21mm.The width of your box should be 50mm.Set the tool on the large radius and take your measurement.Draw your line on the midpoint at the top of the box with your measurement as “B”Draw your arc and from each corner to the bottom of the middle line.
