Diffuser for Wuben C3 flashlight

A simple but effective diffuser for the Wuben C3 flashlight. Has a loop for a lanyard and pushes on for a snug fit. If the fit is not right on your printer, adjust the torch_dia_allowance in the f3d file to be either larger (for a looser fit), or smaller (for a tighter fit).
