This is a Dimensional Accuracy Step Pyramid. It is a highly effective, fast-printing calibration tool designed to test X, Y, and Z stepper motor accuracy, as well as identify any layer shifting or flow rate inconsistencies. How the Model Works The pyramid consists of four perfectly concentric, 5mm tall steps. From bottom to top, the widths are exactly: Base: 20x20 mm Step 2: 15x15 mm Step 3: 10x10 mm Top: 5x5 mm Once printed, use digital calipers to measure each tier.
