Double Bongo

Everything is printed with PLA. It is plenty durable. I printed the rings with 5 walls and 25% infill. The body was printed with 3 walls and 15% infill. Supports are not required. The parts you will need are as follows: 14- M3x8 Screws Nylon Twine 8 Gauge Clear Vinyl (very cheap at fabric/craft stores) Assembly is easy. Simply sandwich a piece of the vinyl between the rings, poke holes through the vinyl for the screw holes, then screw it together. Trim off the excess vinyl from around the rings. I used 2 layers of vinyl for the larger side. You could just buy thicker vinyl if you want though. To attach the head it works best to tie one end of the twine to the loop on the drum head, then go ahead and run the twine through all the loops on the head. Set the head on top of the drum body and then route the twine loops down around the hooks on the body. Work around the drum, pulling the twine tight to stretch the vinyl in the drum head.
