double length door for SM

Remix of the excellent bulkhead doors for Sector Mortalis / Necromunda by Eberleg to make them compatible with the Columns and tiles by Gynovin.

There are holes in the bottom in v1.3 to allow you to place it on the relief detailed official tiles, which help hold them in place.

v1.2 has no holes, something weird happened there, sorry

in the 'predelete' file there are the blocks i used to create the holes, in case you want to use them in your own mixes
