Took this design: https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:51489 and modified it slightly so that I could attach the spinner to a dremel for higher rpm.
The rotor flies 10-15m in the air with a small dremel.
I wonder how high it would go with a router (keep your eyes safe if you try that since the rotor might disintegrate)?
