Print as many Payer boxes & lids as you need (4 base game - 8 all expansions)

Card Boxes & Lids print 4 (Moody troll, Wolves, Snow white cards and meeples)(Dragon forge cards)(Ogre cards)(Ally and misc. rule cards)

Gem Boxes & Lids print 2 (Separate Gem Card types)(Objective, Secret Objective, Decree, and Scenario Cards)

To label the boxes; copy and print the back of a card for that box on label paper and trim to size.
