I made this DIY collapsible spyglass for my nieces. It was a huge success—they played with it for hours! While having fun, they also learned how a spyglass works and how to build one themselves. I’m sharing it here so others can enjoy it too.The design is made so it can be assembled from separate parts using spare components (no print-in-place parts by design, so children learn better). I got my lenses from AliExpress:https://nl.aliexpress.com/item/1005004695818875.html You’ll need (For 225 mm version):• 1× Biconcave lens D30 F-75• 1× Plano-convex lens D50 F300 You’ll need (For 350 mm version):(Inverted image → Telescope configuration• 1× Biconcave lens D30 F50• 1× Plano-convex lens D50 F300
