Process the file & download.

Import into slicer and scale to 200%
Slice & print
Print at .1 height.
Use LOTS of shells/outer perimeters.
Set infill to 98%
Use a raft with a larger than normal offset as it will help keep it on the bed (watch that your raft separation is tuned in properly)
Assemble as shown in photo.
