I have a single-axis Eco-Worthy solar tracker (link below) with a manual adjustment for the elevation (North-South) axis. That elevation axis needs adjustment through the seasons, so I like to keep that pin screw somewhat loose so I don't need tools to adjust the angle. The problem with leaving it loose is wind will catch the panels and lift the ping out of the recess, usually resulting in the panels facing straight up.
It occurred to me that I just needed to insert something into the track to prevent the pin from escaping the angle channel, so I did a quick design of what I think is a fairly simple but elegant solution. There are sets of two (left and right side versions) in widths of 7.5 and 8mm. I found the 8mm did fit but were a bit snug. I figure this is a good thing but I exported a 7.5mm version in case there is some variance in the production of the Eco-Worth parts or powder coating.
I printed it in white PTFG-HF so it blends in with the mount but it makes it a bit hard to se
