Ejection tool v2

Ejection tool designed to release PDMS casts from molds with ejection holes, e.g. Thingiverse #7196001.

Features:
- three different lengths of ejection tool, to enable you to gentle release the cast (starting with the shorter tool and working your way up to the longer tool)
- a curved handle for a more ergonomic grip in your hand
- aka 'pokey-outey tool'
