I created an electronics bay for my LOC-Precision 2.26" Sandhawk rocket (cardboard). The electronics bay is specifically designed to house an eggtimer quark (rev D3), an eggtimer quantum (rev A18), two "lab rat rocketry" pull pin switches (single), and two 2S 400 mAh lipo batteries found on Amazon (links posted below). I printed this successfully using PETG using cura's standard settings for PETG other than the following:
-infill at 20%
-infill shape of tri-hexagon
-wall line count set to 6 (1.6mm)
-layer height set to 1.2mm
-support infill at 7%
-no adhesion
The support material is somewhat difficult to remove, I had success taking a knife and separating the support material from the walls and then prying it out with plyers. The off center vertical hole is a space for e-match leads to pass through. The support material inside this hole was removed using a punch set.
I used a 6" 1/4-20 all-thread rod that passes through the center of the e-bay with an eye-nut on either end for
