Emblaser Core Alignment Tools

These are brackets for the Emblaser core that allow you to align your material so that you can get a consistent cut every time.

The large and small brackets will align the material with the bottom left corner (0,0) in Lightburn.

The medium brackets allow you to align the material with the top left corner. Occasionally I find this useful.

Also included are holders for 3mm plywood. These are meant to be used with less than stellar ply that's warped. You want to place the ply such that it is concave, so that the holders will flatten the material. I've been using these with Bunnings ply and haven't had a bad cut since.

All of these piece require 10mmx2mm circular neodymium magnets. I got mine from eBay. Make sure the polarity of the magnets are the same and glue them in the recesses with a gel based super glue.
