EmCom Cluster bracket

This is designed to hold 2 Raspberry Pi4Bs in Coolermaster Pi Case 40 cases along with a 60mm 5v fan, powered by Pi GPIO pins. The CM40 cases work great, but when overclocked and under use, the fan helps keep things moving and will extend the life of the Pis. These are used to provide data services to emergency response workers without depending on the Internet or on utility-provided power.
