I made a modification from another's user "stand for microscope" and make to fit in my old ender 3/pro/v2 to be able to control it from the PC, even the zoom.
If you want to follow my steps you need to remove the right column of the Z axis and the TOP profile that screws into the 4020 profiles.
Remove the complete hotend and screw the Support with the 2 screws from the hotend heatspreader into the same position.
After that you can put or not a NEMA 17 type motor if you want to also adjust the zoom from the PC, its just a perk but probably not needed.
(If you do that screw the motor in place and put some sort of rubber band between the motor and the zoom adjuster, i tested it also with some electrical tape and it also worked, check for a good tension between the parts).
MAKE SURE that the Z axis endstop makes room for the microscope to not hit anything, i had to raise my Z endstop 3CM (DONT MAKE THE MISTAKE TO NOT TEST THIS FIRST, ITS VERY IMPORTANT TO NOT BRAKE ANYTHING).
