Engine Stand

This project is to design and construct an engine stand which used to easily support the engine of car. The components and parts associated in the design were determined through design analysis and calculations from which specification of dimensions and sizes. The basic components are main post, mounting plate, mounting arm, handle, leg, wheel and main beam. The primary purpose of this design project is to design the engine stand of TOYOTA LANDCRUISER cars. This project contains introduction of the engine stand, problem statement, and design, methodology, maintenance and force analysis of the engine stand, assembling process and the cost of the engine stand. The engine stands hold the engine maximum 210Kg and it is 1 meter height from the level of floor.
