I designed this for my bestie, who just began to learn scuba diving!
She's having a hard time on Equalizing so I found this article about making a training kit using Sphygmomanometer.

It's a Korean article, but the pics are self-explanatory.
For making this training kit, buy one Sphygmomanometer and plug the other end of tube on pressure gauge.
This is made to fit for 5mm diameter tubes, and the bottom part would fit forcibly, which is right.
