I designed this as a randomizer for the climate in the Evolution: Climate expansion for Evolution. The climate is really cool, but players (can) collectively have too much control over the climate. This die randomly adds 0, 1 or 2 suns or snowflakes to help throw a wrench in the mix.

This is not an official part of the game, it's purely for homebrew.
