Exercise Counter Staying fit while having a family and career can be hard. Plus I really hate having to go out to exercise instead of spending time with family and friends. My solution, for five days a week I have to do five sets of exercises over the day. But it's easy lose track how many sets you did that day, and how many days this week. So I designed a simple little two sided counter, one side for the sets of the exercise I did that day, the other for days of the week, easy. Now I never lose track and stay fit with minimum effort. It's a simple round press-fit design that fits into any pocket and clicks around with a satisfying snap. Included are the eight most common exercises as printed pictogram on the puck: Sit-up, Push-up, Lunge, Pull-up, Burpee, Plank, Butt bridge and Squat.
