Extended blinds bracket

Solves the issue when your blinds are too short to use standard bracket.

Standard brackets are screwed direcly on the same level as lower bar of blinds. But when lower bar is not low enough you do not have place to screw bracket. This extended bracket allows you to screw bracket a little bit lower under the window frame. You can additionally extend length of bracket or shorten it in 3d editor, but basically there should be enough space on lower part of frame to place this bracket properly so that your blinds would be under slight tension and not sway in the wind.
