Extruder_Stepper_Cooler_with_Temp_Sensor

Thanks to CG-Tech for the basic design of the cooler duct.
What I did not like is to glue the duct so I introduced a bracket to use the mounting bolts of the stepper. Also a mounting hole for the temperature sensor is added.
I like the new version of June 24 2018 , and I consider to make an update version from that.
I used a temperature controller to switch the cooler-fan on and off. The max temperature is set to 40 deg/C and the cooler takes just some 20 seconds to bring the temp. down to 36.
