Face shield using a transparent A4 sheet.
The holes can be done with an european hole punch. Fold an A4 sheet of paper 2 times and use the marks, or use a hole puncher to A5-E and open the holes in each side of the sheet (please see photos attached).

It's comfortable, covered on top and it holds the sheet quite firmly although it's quick to replace.
