Face Shield

Face shield design that is capable of being produced in large quantities quickly. Suitable for 0.25mm, 0.5mm or 0.75mm PETG which are commonly used in vacuum forming. Stack 10 sheets of PETG together on a 4x8 CNC Router and produce 250 shields in 30 minutes of CNC time. Variety of closed cell foam is suitable, but needs to be 30-40mm in thickness, spray adhesive or double sided tape for attachment. Elastic + staples for the strap. Can be CNC Routed or Laser Cut. Remove plastic film before usage. For non - cnc manufacture I have attached an A3 paper template, PETG can easily be cut with strong scissors or trauma shears.
