This is a slightly modified part originally by 3D Verkstan for NORTH AMERICA.
update 4-7-20- Added a version with smaller pegs for less tears.
Use a US standard 3-hole punch and clear film for face shield part.
Best material I found on the shelf is Office Depot Item 459-207
Must be GLOSSY CLEAR to see through it. Just clear is translucent not transparent.
These sheets are 7mil PVC.
UPDATE 3/31/20: Oregon laminations has bulk supplies. 7 mil glossy clear PVC $13.90/100 sheets.

Notes
-Print part in PETG at 100% infill. 0.3mm layer height. No fan required.
- Sterilize both parts with bleach or alcohol only.
-Boiling water will soften and deform plastic.
-Heat, bend ,cool to adjust the headband for a customized fit.

1. Mark the center of the sheet at 5-1/2" (small mark) along long side
2. Make marks 1/2" from center mark on each side (front knubs ar
