Designed for accurate drilling and spacing of tuner holes on a Telecaster-style headstock when using Wilkinson JN05L locking tuners.

Specifications:
10 mm diameter holes × 24.5 mm spacing

Requirements:
• Tuner drilling jig
• 2 × locator pegs

Method:
1. Position the jig using the locating lip.
2. Drill one E tuner hole.
3. Insert a locator peg.
4. Drill the opposite E tuner hole.
5. Insert the second locator peg.
6. Drill the remaining holes.

The jig was intentionally made thicker so it could also function as a basic drill guide.

Currently, this is a one-shot tool, as the 10 mm holes are a tight fit — but it performed perfectly.
