Festool Kapex 120 Replaceable Zero Insert Adaptor

I have developed this adaptor to solve the issues associated with the saw blade slot on zero inserts having to be completely replaced once the blade slot becomes enlarged with repeated use.Replacing a complete insert plate seems to be a waste of money when all that needs to be replaced is the bit in the middle namely where the blade runs.This adaptor can be re-used with only the sliding dovetail insert needing to be replaced as required. In addition, you may want to have a few replaceable inserts on hand to use for 90-degree, 22.5-degree, 30- degree, 45-degree left and right for cases when these cuts are required.
