Fidget Spinner with Lower Friction Caps

I was looking for a fidget spinner just to test out the Printable Ball bearings I found here:https://makerworld.com/en/models/473167And this one mostly fit the bill, but the caps that were included brushed up against the bearing and slowed it down considerably, so I just replaced the caps with ones that spin more freely. (also without the words)(so yes, you DO need ball bearings, either standard 608 bearings or the ones linked)
