Filler ring

I need to make a part similar to a large washer. 165.1mm diameter, a 50.8 inside diameter and a height of 12.75mm. The top, bottom and edge must be solid while the interior should have about 50% support. It will go into a plastic bucket to make silicon molds for resin casting.
