I sprained my finger a couple weeks ago and was using a splint regular. It was cumbersome and annoying when working. So I designed this to hold the joint in place while making the upper joint move more freely. I can wear gloves over it and it can be in the shower. I angled it slightly so gripping, typing, etc can be done better without too much restriction while keeping the joint in place. I'm no medical expert so I don't know if this will help or not. Use at your own will. I meant to design this sooner around when it happened but didn't have time. It's pretty much healed by now but I'll use for the rest of duration. The hole for the finger is about 20 or so mm. the outside shell is 30mm and the shell thickness is 4mm. The length is about 32mm, I printed without the help nodes, I forget what they're called. You'll have to adjust scale for your finger unless you have bony fingers like mine.
