Fiskars scoring blade insert

I have a fiskars paper trimmer by my desk and have only ever used the blade. But I realized that it would be great if I could also use the scoring blade. Problem is that at some point the scoring blade insert disappeared. So I designed and printed one. It is the white insert into the black blade holder.

I have a lulzbot taz 6 which prints in 2.85mm filament and this clearly needed a smaller width for the scoring bump. So that was fun.

The setting for line width was .1.

I used support so that the little bump was at the top. I did need to do some post-processing to get it to slide into the hole. Mainly taking a exacto knife to the edges that fit into the hole.
