Fixed Spool Holder

2 x 608 bearings required.

To avoid supports for the spool insert I cut it in half in the slicer, lay them flat and glued them together after the fact.

Because Amazon Basics filament rolls are 78mm wide and the diameter of the hole is 52mm I have created spool inserts to match. Now you can print 70mm diameter and 52mm diameter inserts. These will both be 78mm wide so install the stands to suit. This way you have the option of using both spools and just change up the inserts for the type of spool you are using.

The inserts have now been created in half so just print 2 and glue together or I have also used a chamfer to be able to weld the 2 sides together using a 3d pen.
