This diffuser is made specifically for my setup which uses a SB-700 flash on a D7500 body and Nikon 200 mm F4 Macro lens. Requires one 10-24 bolt (½ ") and nut. The diffuser can be attached to the flash with a strip of velcro or electrical tape. You can use the white panels for the inside (may require trimming) or aluminum tape for a more reflective surface. To set it up, attach the diffuser to the flash and then slide the end bracket over the lens hood until it snugs up to the tab on the diffuser. Tighten the bolt to secure the bracket. The diffuser can be removed by gently backing it out of the bracket until it comes clear. This way you can leave the bracket on the lens hood for quick setup next time. Total weight is 400 grams (14 oz). I made the front diffuser from a frosted binder cover.
