This is a button holder for a programmable Flic button which can be worn around the neck like a stopwatch.
I have designed this holder to be used in combination with RaceClocker for timekeeping of rowing matches where the Flic button has been programmed as a universal USB keyboard emulating the space bar to be pressed.
Simply print the 2 designs with standard settings on a 0.4 printer head. Insert the Flic button and press the upper and lower part together. Small notches in the bottom part allow for a screwdriver to be used to separate the two parts again.
Quick update: I have modified the design for the bottom part so a coin (e.g. 5 eurocents) can be used to open it.
New v5 update: Updated design but you might need to tweak the dimensions a bit due to the tolerances of PLA+ to make it a tight fit. I have also added a filler plate as there are Flic buttons with and without adhesive at the bottom. Additionally, there is a tool to remove the bottom to replace the battery or reset the
