Fly Tying Flash-Leg Carousel

This is my attempt to not hold flash or rubber legs in my hand while trying to cut them. Also I am not fond of laying them across my tying bench. It makes cutting so much easier and my desk is a great deal neater. Parts: 1" Diameter Dowel rod, Small clothes pins, Metal Alligator clips depending on the base or top chosen.
