Full Graphic Smart Controller Case

Full Graphic Smart Controller Case with brackets for 20mm extrusion.
Fits RepRap discount/clones.

Parts needed:
2.5mm drill bit
3mm drill bit
3mm tap
8) M3x8 button head screws
4) M3x20 button head screws

Drill the 8 holes in the bottom cover with 2.5mm bit and tap with 3mm tap.
Drill the 4 holes in the top cover with 3mm bit.

Instructions:
Place spacers between circuit boards use 4) M3x8 button head screws and fasten to bottom cover.
Place button in top cover (some filing may be necessary to get correct fitment due to ABS shrinkage).
Place bottom cover in top cover and fasten with 4) M3x20 button head screws.
Fasten brackets to back of case in the same holes used to mount lcd with the remaining 4) M3x8 button head screws.

With this design, other mounting brackets can be screwed to back of case.
