Fully Automatic Twistlock

Aiming attend the low-cost manufacturing, no need for manual interference and the possibility of use in shipping containers actually in use, I developed this mechanism fully automatic. It lock by two ways: The weight of container when piled up or by the spreader's turning movement to tow the container. For this logistics work was necessary to make a simple adjustment in the spreader handle system as images. It is also necessary to remove the twistlocks of the four corners of the container to put it on the ship to travel, so a system was developed to the spreader take the twistlock locking only the upper pin and the lower pin remains unlocked, then you can disengage the container catching only the twistlocks.
