I needed a couple of G-Clamps for a project I was doing, the project was more holding pieces together whilst the glue set.Any 3D Printed clamp is only any good for light work even printed with 100% infill, I haven't tried the carbon or Fibre Glass impregnated Filaments, they may be a lot stronger.Anyway I designed and printed this clamp, I printed the 12mm screw thread horizontally along with the turn pin for added strength. To assemble, the 12mm screwed component is installed first, then install the cap which fits on the end of the thread aligning the flat spot, then insert the turn pin and push on the end cap of the pin, this is a tight push fit but can be glued as well, the ball socket end can now be snap fitted into place, and there you have a G-Clamp.The profile is for 100% infill as there isn't much point doing anything less, that's only my opinion of course. The clamps worked well for me in this instance and I got the job done.Support from the build plate only is neede
